This course is for people who are responsible for moving plant and vehicles on construction sites.
During this course, you will gain knowledge and understanding of:
- Plant types, limitations, hazards and stability factors
- Regulatory requirements
- Your roles and responsibilities
- Safe positioning
- Proximity hazards
- Work management traffic plan
- Guidance of plant and vehicle movement
- Movement preparation
- Different methods of communication
From the completion of this course, you will receive a CPCS Trained Operator Card (red card) and a CITB National Construction College certificate.

Learning will take place over 2 days.
