CPCS – Plant and Vehicle Marshaller (A73)

The Sheffield College is proud to have partnered with Van-Elle Ltd to deliver first-class construction services training courses for businesses and individuals.

Course Outline

This course is for people who are responsible for moving plant and vehicles on construction sites.

During this course, you will gain knowledge and understanding of:

  • Plant types, limitations, hazards and stability factors
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Your roles and responsibilities
  • Safe positioning
  • Proximity hazards
  • Work management traffic plan
  • Guidance of plant and vehicle movement
  • Movement preparation
  • Different methods of communication

 

From the completion of this course, you will receive a CPCS Trained Operator Card (red card) and a CITB National Construction College certificate.

Delivery mode

Learning will take place over 2 days.
