Recruit an Apprentice
An Apprenticeship is a smart, cost-effective way to recruit a new staff member. Above all, it means you can train someone to work in a way that suits your operation.
Our Apprenticeship programme has been designed by employers, for employers; so that you can get the most out of hiring an Apprentice. The programme offers a flexible menu of options that can be tailored to your business to best suit your organisational needs and objectives.

Funding
In April 2017, the government changed the way that apprenticeships are funded.
Some employers are now required to contribute to the apprenticeship levy, and there have been changes to the funding for apprenticeship training for all employers. The levy requires all employers operating in the UK, with a pay bill over £3 million each year, to invest in apprenticeships.
