Course outline
This practical 1-day course will enable your managers to understand the importance of effective planning. The programme will aim to help them develop and communicate robust business plans in order to boost business, drive sales and inform their own self-development.
The course is aimed at managers and future leaders and covers the theory and practical skills to develop and implement strong business models. We will show delegates how to:
- master business planning concepts
- prepare high-quality business plans
- create a winning business strategy
This course can be delivered as a stand-alone training course or can form part of a wider leadership and management package.

This course is delivered as a 1-day, intensive programme, designed to fit into your busy work schedule.
Training can be delivered at times and locations to suit your business, tailored to meet your organisation’s needs and delivered in bite-sized sessions if required.
Class size
We are able to accept individuals or deliver training to a group of your employees. Suggested class sizes for group bookings are between 8-10 people.
Price
Prices start from £1100 per cohort.
Funding for this course may be available from the Sheffield Skills Bank (subject to availability).
