This is a bespoke course covering a range of essential leadership and management themes to help your workforce on their leadership journey.
We will work with you to develop a flexible programme based around your organisation; workforce and business needs, covering all disciplines and competences. Once we understand your specific business needs you can cherry-pick key themes and skills from the following areas:

Delivery mode
This course is designed to be delivered over 3 days (a total of 21 contact hours).
Training can be delivered at times and locations to suit your business, tailored to meet your organisation’s needs and can be delivered in bite-sized sessions if required.
Class size
We are able to accept individuals or deliver training to a group of your employees. Suggested class sizes for group bookings are between 8-10 people.
Price
Prices start from £3000 per cohort.
Funding for this course may be available through the Sheffield Skills Bank (subject to availability).
