Course Outline
This course is for people who are preparing to carry out work at heights, safely in the workplace.
This course will provide you with knowledge and understanding of:
- Preparing and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements
- Entering and exiting from height safely
- Preparing to work at height safely
- Dealing with emergencies
- Following procedures and working safely
- Using equipment and tools safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
- Applying relevant statuary and industry standards for working at height
- Using appropriate knowledge for working at height
- Using appropriate behaviour for working at height
On completion of this course, you will receive an NPORS card and certification.
